There is no right of withdrawal for living plants.

The following cancellation policy applies to non-perishable products:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you received the goods.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used.

You will bear the return shipping costs yourself. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back.
